The Artist

Did this today in art class with India Ink(?), a calligraphy pen, and a sumi-e calligraphy brush, and very much enjoyed it. I've done something similar in the past with watercolors and let me tell you, ink is so much harder to manage. This stuff was really hard to use as a gradient. Just a drop of ink on the wet paper and it spread everywhere. It also took a really long time to dry.

Not finished with it yet, but I'm also afraid to do much else with it because the ink is so difficult to use.
